TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CHANGE

In order to return the products they must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the identification card together with all the designer labels must be attached to the product, in their original condition, together with all the documents which accompanied it (eg Retail Receipt - T.D.A. etc.).
The customer is obliged to try the product he bought without removing the tab, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.

• PRODUCT CHANGE
If the customer wishes to change the product, he has the right to do so within 14 calendar days from the date of his estimated receipt, provided that the return will be made with the cooperating FIS Courier with nodus-shop.gr. Specifically, the return to us is done with the indication 'Recipient Charge', with the above courier it is free & as soon as we receive your parcel, your change is sent, with a charge of 5 euros regardless of the amount.

In case of higher value, the difference is charged to the customer.

• RETURN OF PART OR ENTIRE ORDER
If you wish to cancel part or all of the order after receiving the products, you can return within 14 calendar days, from the estimated delivery date & we will refund your money to your bank account which you will notify us, within 14 calendar days.
Refunds will be charged to the customer with shipping costs and will be deducted from the amount of your refund 5 euros. All refunds are made by Alphabank.

* In case of refund to a bank different from the one cooperating with marabuworld.gr, any interbank charges are borne by the customer.
Specifically now, the customer must contact either by phone at +30 228 9024 571 or by sending an email to [email protected] (including the order code).

The cost of the new shipment is charged to the customer with 2.5 euros. In case of price difference there is a cash on delivery cost of 2 euros.
For all returns it is necessary to include the product receipt in your package.
Refunds of products & money are not accepted after the end of the 14 calendar days.
